CMI Level 7 in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

Aimed at:

  • Senior and Strategic leaders with a responsibility for embedding coaching and mentoring within the organisation
  • Experienced internal coaches in a Strategic HR and or L&D position
  • Experienced and Strategic professionals looking to add to their qualification portfolio

Learners will either be working with the tutor on a 1-2-1 basis or in small groups. There is no requirement to complete formal coaching hours and learners will need to be able to evidence their working at this level to enable them to complete and write the assignment through critical evaluation and analysis.

At a glance:

  • Programme structure will be tailored to the needs of the individual and or group.

  • Options to complete an Award, Certificate or Diploma.

  • The complexity of the programme is determined by the number of units chosen and therefore assignments written

  • For example, an Award requires one assignment to be written. Certificate is approximately three depending on which units are undertaken and a Diploma is seven written assignments.

  • Word count for each assignment is approximately 5000 words
