Coaching the Team through ​Organisational Change

A half day follow up session is highly recommended 4 weeks following the training.

Organisations are going through constant change and managing these changes alongside the day to day workload can be challenging not only for the team leader but for the team who are not always informed of the changes taking place.

This is a two day course, delivered 3 to 4 weeks apart to enable team leaders to practice the techniques with their teams, colleagues and stakeholders.

The aim is to equip line managers with the essential skills, confidence and competence in how to use the principles of coaching and mentoring with their teams during times of change and uncertainty.
