Sue won the tender for delivering an advanced-level, accredited in-house coaching programme for the financial services company I was working for at the time. I’d selected her based on a combination of skills, professionalism and competitiveness and was not disappointed on any level.

Despite the challenges of unexpected and disruptive changes to the organisation, Sue remained a thoroughly professional, adaptable and flexible role model for the coaching programme she was delivering for us throughout the time I was working with her.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone else who is considering enhancing coaching practice within their company.

Mike, Head of L&D – Pension Provider – CMI Accredited Internal Coaching Programme.

I am so very pleased to have met Sue and to have gone on my CMI journey with her. From the outset, I knew Sue was my woman and that it would be an interesting journey to go on with her at my side.  I found the whole experience of gaining my CMI accreditation incredibly challenging and there were several moments along the way when I considered stopping part way. Had it not been for Sue’s continued support I would most definitely have quit. Completing the accreditation was a fantastic feeling and I feel incredibly proud of my achievement and the growth I had on this journey. I could not have done this without the continued support, encouragement, challenge, out of the box thinking and all round brilliance of Sue as my tutor. I would advocate and encourage anyone thinking of going on a CMI accreditation journey to work with Sue – she is a top tutor.
