    Introduction to Emotional Intelligence​. Exploring how Emotional Intelligence is relevant in everything you do at work and at home. Evaluating the four components of Emotional Intelligence and areas for improvement.

    Management and Leadership explored. The expectations, roles and responsibilities of a manager using a leadership style and approach.

    Manager as Coach-Mentor. Exploring the roles and responsibilities of a manager using the principles of coaching and mentoring with their teams.

    Personality profiling.  Exploring ‘who you are is how you manage’. Using Social Styles to understand the personality preferences of you and your team.

    Engaging and Motivating your team. How positive psychology can play a part in engaging your team to be motivated in what they do and how they do it.

    Delegating with structure and confidence. Exploring the ABCD Delegation model.

  • 7

    Don’t make a drama out of a crisis. Exploring Karpmans Drama Triangle the games people play at work.

    Working Styles and Stress Drivers – exploring our past scripts and internal messages which play out in the ‘here and now’.​

    The Parent – Child dynamic at work and how to move into Adult during difficult conversations.

    EMERGE coaching model / framework. A look at how to structure your coaching and everyday conversations with this easy to use model.
