Noble Learning is a micro-company and works with organisations in most business sectors. As lead trainer and coach, Sue supports managers and teams to develop an awareness of self and others. Managers are provided with the practical techniques they need to manage challenging situations, change and uncertainty and to develop a conscious awareness of emotional intelligence at work.

About Sue …

My journey started in 2007 when I resigned from my corporate role in the field of learning and development, management and leadership training and internal coach. As an independent consultant I was able to focus my passion and interest in all things coaching, mentoring and coaching supervision which I delivered alongside management and leadership courses and senior leadership executive coaching.

Noble Learning Ltd, was established in 2011 and I continue to deliver successful courses, including qualification courses, focused at managers and leaders to help them use the principles of coaching and mentoring within their everyday work.

Managers and leaders are provided with practical tools and techniques to help them manage and support themselves and their teams through change and uncertainty and to develop a conscious awareness of emotional intelligence at work.
