Sue Noble – Founder and Managing Director

At Noble Learning, we work with organisations across a wide range of sectors to support effective, emotionally intelligent leadership.

Founded and led by trainer and coach Sue, Noble Learning helps managers and teams develop a deeper awareness of themselves and others.

Managers are equipped with practical tools to manage challenging situations, navigate change and uncertainty, and lead with confidence, clarity, and emotional intelligence.

About Sue …

My journey began in 2005, when I was awarded Coach of the Year by Training Journal. The judges commented:

“Sue demonstrated personal advocacy and the development of coaching within her organisation. She showed clear expertise, credibility, and an excellent commitment to coaching. With only two years in the coaching profession, Sue produced outstanding work and results.”

In 2007, I made the decision to leave my corporate role as leadership and management trainer and internal coach to set up my own independent practice. This step enabled me to focus on what I care most about, coaching, mentoring and coaching supervision, alongside leadership development and executive coaching for senior leaders.

I founded Noble Learning Ltd in 2011, and I continue to deliver a wide range of successful programmes, including accredited qualifications. My work supports managers and leaders to apply coaching and mentoring principles confidently in their everyday roles.

Through practical tools and real-world techniques, managers and leaders learn how to navigate change and uncertainty, support themselves and their teams and develop greater emotional intelligence at work.

Working with me you will have:

  • Confident, capable and credible managers who coach their teams

  • Emotionally intelligent leaders as role models

  • Improved and mature working relationships

  • A motivated and engaged workforce

  • Teams that perform and communicate well together

  • Refreshing and positive outcomes

  • Value-added leadership training and coaching interventions
